Beginner Friendly 3O DAYS FITNESS CHALLENGE
This is a beginner-friendly workout guide designed for a period of 3o days with one rest day per week.
This program is designed for anyone who is trying to build muscle mass, improve cardiovascular endurance and better their overall health.
If you are at the beginning of your fitness and health journey, however, you do not have a satisfying work-life balance due to work, children, or simple access to a nearby gym, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying this detailed workout plan.
This workout plan can be done in any environment: at home, in the gym, or outside. You are not required to have any equipment as this can be easily made only with your body weight. Incorporating weights into this training is totally your decision.
This workout plan contains: 6 training days which target each muscle group, as well as a detailed description of how to properly execute each movement to not injure yourself over time + the health benefits of each movement.
